Smart restricting devices for windows

In the case of bottom hung windows, restrictive devices must be used in addition to fanlight openers. They restrict the tilting movement of the casement subsequent to unhinging the scissor so that the casement does not become a potential danger during cleaning.

For this purpose, GEZE offers the smart gripping and cleaning scissor (gripping position) for vertically installed rectangular bottom hung casements.

Concealed locking device with locking driver

The GEZE locking driver provides tightness and safety over the entire closing surface and is burglary-resistant. The drivers are used for standard central locking devices (concealed locking devices) and can be easily clamped on. Both drivers have been designed for use with profiles and fittings. Combined with a central locking device provided by the customer, complete locking of the casement is possible.

GEZE Fanlight Opener Top Hung Outward Opening

Slimline fanlight opener with burglary-resistant locking

Fanlight opener in appealing design. It is ideally suitable for vertically installed, outward opening top hung windows made of timber, plastic and light-metal with jamb depths of 0 – 60 mm. The hand lever, cranking handle or electrically operated linear drive can be operated from the left or from the right. The burglary resistant function of the additional locking device is SKG-certified. The installation of OL 90 N top hung outward opening is simple since scissors and rods can be mounted from the front. It only requires very little space underneath and at the side of the casement.
