GEZE Standard Smoke and Heat Extraction Systems (RWA)

RWA exhaust air solutions enable people to leave a building quickly and safely in the event of a fire. For the safe functioning of the system, it is recommended to create large fresh air areas in the lower area of the building. A technically sophisticated system solution ensures the coordinated actuation and activation of all RWA fresh and exhaust air openings via the individual GEZE RWA control units.

RWA systems consists of at least the following

  • The opening system
  • The emergency power unit
  • RWA switch
  • An automatic trigger, e.g. a smoke detector
  • Additional components are optionally also available
