
TS 4000 R – Pinion door closer with an integrated smoke switch control unit
This overhead door closer with electro hydraulic hold-open device and a smoke detector integrated in the closer housing is authorised for mounting on fire and smoke protection doors. In the event of a fire, the smoke detector activates and the door closes on its own accord. When installed on double leaf doors, the TS 4000 R must be mounted on the moving leaf.
TS 4000 RFS – Pinion door closer with free swing arm and integrated smoke switch control unit
The TS 4000 RFS overhead door closer for is fitted with and integrated smoke switch control unit and the "free swing" function. This enables people to go through the door by applying very little in the way of physical force in the opening or closing direction once the door has been opened once, i.e. in the morning. This makes it ideal, for example, for use in residential homes for the elderly or hospitals. The electro hydraulic hold-open device of between 80° and 180° ensures safe automatic closing of the door in the event of a fire.

This overhead door closer with electromechanical hold-open device and integrated smoke switch control unit is authorised for mounting on single leaf fire and smoke protection doors. In the event of a fire, the smoke detector activates and the door closes on its own accord.
TS 5000 L-R – Door closer with smoke switch control unit for mounting on the door leaf on the opposite hinge side
This overhead door closer can be mounted on the door leaf on the opposite hinge side. It has an electromechanical hold-open device and a smoke switch control unit . As a result, it is authorised for mounting on single leaf fire and smoke protection doors.
